About Project
Turning screen time into street time
Couch to Action is a creative inversion of Uber’s biggest competitive pressure, stay-at-home streaming, into its most effective acquisition engine. The work starts from a cultural truth: Gen Z increasingly chooses the couch over going out, and the screen has become the dominant arena for social energy. Rather than fight for attention, we chose to synchronize with it. The strategic insight was simple and powerful: “Let’s go” is a universal on‑screen action cue that can be repurposed as a real‑world call to move.

About Project
We were invited by AKQA Casa to transform Uber’s complete project case into a series of 3D animations designed to make the story clearer, more concrete and visually engaging. The goal was to take the full presentation of the project, from its process and development to its results and impact, and translate it into a visual system capable of communicating each stage with more depth and precision.
Showcase

Through 3D, we created scenes to illustrate the work behind the case, making the process easier to understand and giving shape to information that would otherwise live only as data, slides or written explanation.

By bringing the case into a more visual and dimensional language, we helped expand the way the project could be presented, allowing its results, numbers and impact to be communicated with more clarity, presence and scale.
